1. Scope of Services
Soraspace Interior Design provides:
- Residential Interior Design
- Commercial Interior Design
- Modular Kitchens
- Furniture Design
- Space Planning
- Project Execution Services
The exact scope of work will be specified in the approved quotation and agreement.
2. Quotations
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change due to fluctuations in material costs.
- Any additional work requested after quotation approval will be charged separately.
3. Payment Terms
Typical payment schedule:
- Booking Advance: 10%–20%
- Design Approval Stage: 30%
- Production Stage: 40%
- Installation & Handover: Remaining Balance
Specific payment schedules may vary depending on the project.
4. Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
- Client approval delays
- Material availability
- Site readiness
- Government restrictions
- Force majeure events
Soraspace Interior Design shall not be held responsible for delays beyond its reasonable control.
5. Design Ownership
All drawings, concepts, renders, layouts, and design documents remain the intellectual property of Soraspace Interior Design unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Material Variations
Actual materials, colors, textures, grains, and finishes may vary slightly from digital renders, samples, or catalog images.
7. Site Access
The client shall ensure:
- Safe access to the site.
- Availability of electricity and water.
- Necessary permissions from society or building management.
8. Warranty
Warranty coverage, if applicable, will be specified in the project agreement.
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Improper usage.
- Water leakage from existing structures.
- Damage caused by third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
Soraspace Interior Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from project execution.
10. Changes to Terms
Soraspace Interior Design reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
